S. Josh Aruh has been a real estate developer since 1998, focusing on the acquisition, development, underwriting, management and sale of single-tenant buildings, multi-tenant shopping centers, automobile dealerships, warehouse space, restaurants and resort properties. He's also been involved in the single-family home construction business, where he's developed over $50 million in housing. A former Smith Barney financial analyst, he holds a degree in finance from The University of Texas School of Business in Austin.
Avi Ron has more than 26 years of commercial and residential investment, development, construction and management experience. In addition to acquiring vacant lots and larger tracts, he has developed numerous Houston-area properties, ranging from office buildings and retail centers to single- and multi-family communities. He currently manages more over 600,000 square feet of income-producing properties with tenants including such national brands as Clorox, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Walgreens and Federal Express, and purchases and manages numerous investment properties in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area.
